The new line of MPD’s single-photon detection carriers are able to properly bias any silicon SPAD that has a breadkdown voltage as high as 480V. They also fully exploit the detector internal performances in terms of detecting the photon arrival time and are able to protect the devices from damage caused by overheating.


The modules are available with different features

• Any silicon SPAD with breadkdown up to 500V can be employed
  
• Peltier-cooled and uncooled
  
• low noise, low jitter high voltage supply
